But it looks like Beaumont Trace Apartments on North Major is under new ownership.  Just a few months ago the Seldin Company and World Group from Nebraska purchased the property.  Everyone wants a piece of North Major Drive these days!  We'll keep finding all of the Beaumont Apartment news for you.
