Hamlet Townhomes, Beaumont Texas

We were driving by Hamlet Townhomes in Beaumont a few days ago and noticed a new sign out front.  So it looks like they may be doing somethings to freshen-up the property.  The complex has been managed and owned by Grassano Management for the past few years, and though an older property, it's been under consistent management - we always look for that as a sign that the community is well-run.  There has been very little manager turnover here - and high turnover is a sign that something isn't right.

Azure Pointe Apartments Beaumont TX

We have some word on the new apartment construction in Beaumont (out HWY 69 toward Lumberton).  Looks like the new place will be named Azure Pointe.  No word on when they will be opening, but some info that we were sent from their marketing department says that it will have 140 units.  They will be adding some much needed 3 and even 4 bedroom units too.
