Specials Round Up

Looks like Stoneleigh on Major Apartments in Beaumont is running a pretty good special this month.  According to their page in the Beaumont section of Apartment Renter, they are offering a $365 movin plan on one of their floor plans.  Seems like a pretty good deal on one of the newest properties in town.  Above is a link to their page if you need some more info.

This comes from the Texas A&M Real Estate center... But it looks like Beaumont Trace Apartments on North Major is under new ownership.  Just a few months ago the Seldin Company and World Group from Nebraska purchased the property.  Everyone wants a piece of North Major Drive these days!  We'll keep finding all of the Beaumont Apartment news for you.

Beaumont Texas - State of The Apartment Market

This summer was a boom to many apartments in the Beaumont / Port Arthur Texas area.  Many apartments were sitting waiting lists as long as their arm.  It seems that (in my totally unscientific research) that things have slowed since then.  Complexes around the Golden Triangle area seem to be running more specials and incitements to get renters in their units.  I talked to a few managers last week that told me the calls started slowing down in Mid-November.

So if you're in the market for a new place to live, you may be able to get a better deal then you were able to just a few months ago.  Owners and managers are more willing to bend the prices or give a little more on their end.

If you're a manager, keep those marketing efforts up!  It's just a few months till spring rolls around and potential tenants will be back out on the street looking for a new place.
