Briar Bend at Sienna Trail, Beaumont TX

We just saw some info on a new group of rental homes currently under construction just north of the corner of Concord and Sienna Trails.  Capstone Management will be managing the new group of rental homes called Briar Bend at Sienna Trails.  Currently the manage the near by Sienna Trails Apartments and Gardens at Sienna Seniors property.

Hamlet Townhomes, Beaumont Texas

We were driving by Hamlet Townhomes in Beaumont a few days ago and noticed a new sign out front.  So it looks like they may be doing somethings to freshen-up the property.  The complex has been managed and owned by Grassano Management for the past few years, and though an older property, it's been under consistent management - we always look for that as a sign that the community is well-run.  There has been very little manager turnover here - and high turnover is a sign that something isn't right.

Azure Pointe Apartments Beaumont TX

We have some word on the new apartment construction in Beaumont (out HWY 69 toward Lumberton).  Looks like the new place will be named Azure Pointe.  No word on when they will be opening, but some info that we were sent from their marketing department says that it will have 140 units.  They will be adding some much needed 3 and even 4 bedroom units too. Stone Leigh Apartments Phase 2

One of the newest  (and nicest!) apartment complexes in Beaumont is adding on to their community.  Stone Leigh Apartments on North Major Drive has started construction of Phase II of their complex.  Right now they have 174 units and they will be adding over 100 more to that.  They will also be adding some much needed 3 bedroom units to the market.  Check out their page: Stone Leigh Apartments Beaumont for more details.

The Crossing Apartments Beaumont Texas

A much needed Senior's apartment property is currently being built in Beaumont, Texas.  The new apartments are going to be called The Crossing Beaumont and will provide rental housing for tenants 55 years and older.  I'm sure this property is going to do well.  We get lots of folks asking us about good quality housing for Seniors in the Beaumont area.  For more info take a look at this page, where they've put some info... Auburn Square Apartments Vidor TX - New Place!

For everyone looking for an Apartment in the Beaumont Texas area, there's a new community that's going up in Vidor.  Here's a link to the Auburn Square Apartments in Vidor, Texas.  From what we hear it's going to be a pretty nice place with easy access to the entire Beaumont Area, including Vidor, Port Arthur and the Mid-Counties.  They're leasing right now even though they are still under construction.
